Al-Amal Center for Consultation and Psychological Support, part of Al-Amal Women’s and Socio Cultural Foundation, organized a training course for the teachers of Al-Sayyida Aisha School titled “Emotional Management,” aimed at helping educators separate personal and professional emotions.
The course targeted 40 teachers from both the morning and evening shifts.
The session was led by social worker Ibtisam Al-Sayoud and psychologist Jalal Bousbah over two days, from January 21 to 22, 2025.
During the course, they addressed key topics such as self-awareness, the relationship between personal and professional emotions, the concept of emotional management, the role of self-awareness in emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, its impact on professional relationships, and its importance in distinguishing between personal and professional dynamics.
The administration of Al-Sayyida Aisha School expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the Al-Amal Center for Consultation and Psychological Support for organizing such training courses, which contribute to enhancing the educational work environment.
